Service Terms and Client Responsibilities
Last updated: January 2026
This page explains how we work together and what we each are responsible for during a project.
If you sign a Scope of Work or Master Service Agreement with GS STUDIO design, those signed documents govern your project and control in the event of any conflict with this page.
Section 1: How we work together
Our commitment
We deliver professional, high quality services aligned with the agreed scope, timeline, and project goals. We communicate clearly, operate in good faith, and work collaboratively to produce work we are proud to stand behind.Client content, collaboration, and timelines
Project timelines, deliverables, and publishing schedules depend on timely client participation, including content, approvals, feedback, and access credentials.
Client responsibilities include:
• Providing requested content, materials, and logins on time
• Reviewing deliverables and giving feedback within agreed review windows
• Approving final items before launch or publishing
GS STUDIO design is not responsible for delays caused by late, incomplete, or missing client content or approvals.
For ongoing services such as social media publishing, email campaigns, and scheduled content calendars, if content is not provided by the agreed deadline, the scheduled placement may be missed. Missed placements due to late content are not automatically rescheduled, refunded, or credited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions and feedback
Each package includes a defined scope and a revision limit, which is outlined in your Scope of Work.
A revision means refining work within the approved direction. A revision does not include restarting the project, changing direction after approval, or adding new requirements not included in scope.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments. We will always communicate this before proceeding.
Creative process and subjectivity
Creative services involve professional judgment and interpretation. We apply best practices and experience, but creative preferences vary. Revisions are designed to refine deliverables within scope and align with your goals.Third party platforms and tools
We may integrate third party platforms and tools such as Squarespace, Google, Meta, booking tools, CRMs, analytics services, hosting providers, and plugins. While we select reputable tools, their systems, pricing, policies, algorithms, and availability are outside our control. Any third party subscription fees are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.
Section 2: Performance, results, and compliance
Results and performance expectations
We build systems designed to support visibility, engagement, and conversion. Business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, lead volume, and return on ad spend depend on factors such as market conditions, competition, budget, offer quality, timing, and client follow through. Results are not guaranteed.Leads, bookings, and conversion
We aim to generate relevant inquiries and engagement, but lead quality and conversion depend on your pricing, responsiveness, fulfillment, sales process, and service delivery. We do not guarantee sales performance.Search, ads, and platform visibility
Search engines, advertising platforms, and social networks regularly change policies and algorithms. We follow current best practices, but we cannot guarantee rankings, placements, impressions, or approval outcomes.Analytics and tracking limitations
Analytics and tracking tools rely on cookies, browser settings, permissions, and third party infrastructure. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent. Reporting should be interpreted directionally rather than as exact measurement.Content accuracy and licensing
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, claims, testimonials, images, trademarks, pricing, and representations provided or approved are accurate, lawful, compliant, and properly licensed. We rely on client provided and client approved materials in good faith.Regulatory and accessibility compliance
Unless expressly stated in writing, GS STUDIO design does not provide legal or regulatory compliance services and does not certify compliance with industry specific regulations or accessibility standards. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their business complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Section 3: Payment and project continuity
Fees and payment timing
Fees reflect time, labor, expertise, and capacity reserved for your project. Payment schedules are defined in your Scope of Work or invoice. Once work begins, payments are generally non refundable except as required by law or as stated in your signed agreement.Early termination
If a project is ended early for any reason, we will deliver completed work that has been paid for and invoice for work performed but unpaid, consistent with the signed agreement.Client accounts and access
Clients retain ownership and control of their domains, hosting, advertising accounts, analytics tools, booking systems, CRMs, and social profiles. We work with delegated access and do not claim ownership over client platforms or data.Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of their original content and trademarks. GS STUDIO design retains ownership of its proprietary methods, templates, workflows, and internal tools. Final deliverables become client property upon full payment unless otherwise stated in writing.
